During one of their breakups, Josh dated another woman. He posted about her on social media. However, when they got back together, Lily asked him about the picture. He told her she was dead and that is why it was posted. However, Lily’s daughter called him out at dinner and let him know that she was aware she was alive and well. Josh covered his tracks.
