Michael Not Getting Deported Despite Angela Split & Drama?
Michael and Angela’s entire journey has been part of the 90 Day Fiance franchise. Viewers have even witnessed all of their ups and downs on the show. Hence, when Deem claimed that her husband had scammed her and she would send him back to Nigeria, fans didn’t really believe her at all.
Some eagle-eyed viewers recently pointed out some reasons why Michael can happily live in America. They explained how there was no chance Angela could deport the latter and drag him to the court! Is this true? Would Deem be able to send Michael back to Nigeria?
90 Day Fiance: Angela Can’t Deport Michael To Nigeria?
90 Day Fiance star Angela Deem lost her calm when Michael accused her of violence and went missing. She announced that she was going to drag the latter to the court and make sure that he got deported. However, it appears that all of Deem’s efforts would go in vain, and she wouldn’t be able to send her husband back to Nigeria.
It all started when Angela accused Michael of scamming her to get to America. But the truth is that the latter never really forced her to file for the visa process. Viewers have witnessed how the celeb wanted to live with Deem in Nigeria. He tried to convince her, but Angela made it clear that she was a spoiled American and wouldn’t be able to survive anywhere else.
Unless Angela has some solid proof to show, she wouldn’t be able to prove that Michael scammed her, as everything is on record because of the show. But that’s not all. Apparently, Ilesanmi accused Deem of physical violence after leaving her. This came after there was a clear record of him facing physical, verbal, and mental abuse from Angela during all of their marriage years. Hence, his immigrant “civil rights” would protect him from Angela, and he would live happily in America.
90 Day Fiance: Michael Entered America On A Spousal Visa
Another solid reason why Angela Deem can’t make Michael Ilesanmi’s life hell is that he entered America on a spousal visa. Apparently, she was the one who applied for the entire process and paid for it during their 90 Day Fiance journey. The celeb tried her best to bring her husband to the States with all the legal rights. Hence, when Michael came to her country, he wasn’t on a K-1 visa but on a spousal visa.
This mere visa allows him to live freely in America until it is valid. This further makes it clear that whatever Angela does, she won’t be able to deport Michael to Nigeria until she proves that he is a scammer. However, even after all this, Deem is doing her best to pull her husband down.
Angela has been slamming Michael in every possible way on social media. She often makes fun of him and makes nasty comments on the latter’s Instagram posts. Moreover, the celeb has even called out all of her stars who were supporting the Nigerian native. Hence, it appears that she isn’t ready to give up and is doing everything in her control to make Michael’s hell. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for the latest 90 Day Fiance tea.
