Kody & Robyn Brown’s New Plan For Coyote Pass?

Is Kody Brown making property plans with Robyn Brown now that the Sister Wives family splintered? According to land maps, Their address is near the building lots on the property.

So, why would they build a new home on this land when they have a luxury home nearby? Plus, they bought another lot next door. What are they planning?

Kody Brown & Robyn Brown’s Not-So-Humble Home

Kody Brown lives with Robyn Brown close to the vacant lots on Coyote Pass. The map below shows where they are located in relation to their assigned lots.

Robyn needed to get into another home as her Flagstaff rental sold. Instead of making short-term arrangements, they purchased a permanent luxury abode. It’s worth almost $1 million.

That doesn’t sound like temporary housing at that price. Now that Christine Brown moved back to Utah, she has no use for the land on the Pass.

Meri Brown seems to have a good-sized home in Flagstaff. And during the season, Janelle Brown was in a modest home. Since then, she moved to an RV on the property. Then when winter hit, took refuge in a small apartment.

What Does Kody Plan for the Land He Divided Among the Sister Wives?

Many things changed since the Browns re-divvied their shares of the land. Or perhaps the meeting about the lots was just for the sake of reality TV drama. So, is Kody’s former plan back in play today?

A few seasons ago, Kody Brown arrived home after an appointment with a lawyer. He was excited by a plan they’d cooked up. He learned of a huge rental property shortage in Flagstaff. Rental rates were sky-high.

So, he suggested turning Coyote Pass into a rental investment. His wives nixed that idea. He didn’t revisit it again. Or at least not on the show. But a lot has changed since then.

Kody’s Progress at the Pass?

Viewers saw Robyn’s youngest son, Solomon Brown, hop into a hole in the ground this season. It was dug for a large water tank. Kody, Sol, and Janelle Brown watched the tank arrive on a massive truck headed for Coyote Pass.

Water access is stage one for property development, it seems. Will homes soon follow? It seems not. Paedon Brown rained on that parade. He showed a clip on Instagram of heavy construction equipment and answered questions.

The fan asked if they’re building houses. His two-word answer was — “zero chance.” Janelle plans another Summer of RV-living there. She said utilities will be on the land by then. So why do all that if they are not planning to build?

Robyn Brown The Most Land Rich of the Sister Wives

While the Sister Wives’ forever homes might not go up on the property, it’s possible something else will. With Christine leaving the state, Kody might build himself a little rental empire.

Or, with all the amenities hooked up to the land, if he were to sell, he would get more for the land with these installed.

Land deeds above show Robyn’s name on four out of seven properties, as shown by the Coconino County Recorder. These are all in Flagstaff and owned by the family.

That was back when Christine owned a home with Kody Brown. He was on all the land titles with his four wives back then. So, Robyn appears to own more land compared to the other spouses.

But it also indicates she has a lot of say in what goes on with these properties. Now that Robyn’s settled in her pricey home, there’s a chance Kody won her over to his rental plan.

Robyn hates moving and her current house is beautiful. So, what does Kody Brown have planned for Coyote Pass? Don’t forget, he calls Robyn Brown his “compliant” wife. So, she’ll probably go along with whatever he wants.
