Sister Wives star Meri Brown’s terms have allegedly deteriorated with Kody and Robyn. She initially wanted to make her marriage work, but her husband disowned her publicly. Moreover, lately, there have been reports that the lone wolf had a catfight with the couple and has nothing to do with them now. But now fans think that Meri is determined to take revenge on Kody and Robyn. Recently, some reports are claiming that she was now planning to sue them for fraud and coercion over their Flagstaff move! Is this true? Will Meri have a legal battle with the Browns now?

Sister Wives: Will Meri Sue Kody & Robyn For Fraud?

Meri Brown has been earning well for a while now. But before her separation from Kody, most of her money used to go to the Browns. Hence, there have been several instances when fans called out the patriarch and Robyn for exploiting the lone wolf both financially and mentally. In light of this, lately, many sources and reports have pointed out the possibility of Meri starting a lawsuit and suing Kody and Robyn for fraud, coercion, and alimony. Apparently, Sister Wives viewers began to wonder if this was possible and if Meri was in the state of dragging the couple to the court.

Recently, Katie Joy decided to dig into the matter and explore all the possibilities related to this. She explained how 2014’s divorce papers of Kody and Meri would create issues. As per the documents, both of them agreed to waive all the possibilities of alimony or child support. So she allegedly cannot file for alimony. Moreover, when it comes to Coyote Pass, she already has her own land, and it has nothing to do with Kody.

Even after all this, if in case Meri still allegedly wants to sue the latter, she would have to first figure out whether it would be worth it or not. Apparently, she would most likely be spending thousands of dollars in the lawsuit, and if she, in the case, ends up losing her petition, it would be a huge loss for her.

Noted celeb from TLC, Meri Brown, hasn’t confirmed the fact that she is filing a lawsuit against Kody. But fans feel that there is a fair chance she can do the same. Apparently, the Sister Wives viewers think that she can demand the recovery of thousands of dollars that she has spent on Kody and Robyn. But it seems that it is fairly possible for the latter to escape this mess easily. The first and foremost thing would perhaps be filing for bankruptcy. As per the current scenario, it is evident that Kody doesn’t have a great amount of money with him by starring in Sister Wives. Christine, Meri, and Janelle have left him with their paychecks as well.

So even if Meri files for a lawsuit, Kody could perhaps file for bankruptcy. He might conceivably prove that he doesn’t have even a single penny to give to the former. In this case, the lone wolf would be the one who’ll be at a loss. Apparently, she would possibly have already spent thousands of dollars in court and wouldn’t get anything out of it.
