Sadly, Tori Roloff faced a painful miscarriage before Josiah’s birth.
Recently, she opened up about her painful experience on her podcast, The Raising Heights. The TLC star explained that she got pregnant quickly after deciding with her husband that they wanted a third child. However, Tori’s world turned upside down after she went for an ultrasound for their 8th-week check-up.
She stated, “It was not on my radar that something was wrong.” She felt that her third pregnancy was very easy and it was going well. The reality TV star explained that the tech knew that something was wrong and revealed that the baby didn’t have a heartbeat. Tori admitted that she immediately started crying, and several thoughts came into her mind.
She hadn’t expected such a thing after two healthy pregnancies. Later, her doctors gave her two options. She could either let the pregnancy pass naturally or have a D&C (dilatation and curettage). Further, the TLC star chose the second option after getting mad at her body because she didn’t want to make a decision.
