Matt Roloff Breaks 20-Year NDA With TLC — Spills Family Secrets!
One of the longest-running shows on TLC is Little People’s Big World. It premiered in 2006, and Matt and Amy Roloff’s lives changed. But over the years, LPBW and its cast members have also experienced many other changes. For instance, most of the four kids started leaving the show after turning into adults. Jeremy and Zach starred in it the longest, and they quit, too.
Matt and Amy also turned producers for the show after a point, and that’s how big of an impact the show had on their lives. But as the finale premiered for Season 25, fans thought it looked more like the finale for the entire series. At last, Matt Roloff decided to shed some light on this and ended up breaking a long NDA to do so. So, why did he do that?
LPBW: Did Matt Roloff Break His NDA? Speaks Openly About The Show’s Future
Everyone knows the hardships Matt and Zach had to endure after their clash over the farm feud. The latter moved to Washington with his family, while the former kept waving the white flag, hoping his son would forgive him. At last, Zach and Tori also announced they would be quitting the show, and Matt expressed disappointment over it. He talked about all these things once the latest season wrapped up on TV in a Q&A session on YouTube.
Matt said that he is no longer under an NDA, which TLC imposed on him when the show began in 2006, i.e., almost 20 years ago. But he didn’t feel like it was the end of LPBW as of yet. The star tried to jog his fans’ memories when TLC canceled the show in 2010. But they still had some special episodes to shoot with the Roloffs, and then it soon turned into regular filming. Thus, the show was resurrected.
So, Matt firmly believes that TLC might have some special episodes in mind to film with the family. Hence, they haven’t released any announcements about LPBW finally ending or not. In any case, the star was happy with what the finale looked like. It felt fitting incase TLC has actually decided to bid the show goodbye. Nothing is certain as of now.
LPBW: Matt & Caryn Clash Over Wedding Plans!
As Matt talked about there being some special episodes, fans instantly thought TLC might air his and Caryn’s wedding on national TV. But many were confused, too. That’s because his fiancee had gone on record to declare she was done with filming. Hence, it is uncertain if she would want to star in the show once again, even if for a special episode.
Moreover, Matt had once talked about having a wedding on the farm and landing there with a helicopter, making a grand entrance. But Caryn didn’t agree. She wanted a small and intimate ceremony and not on the family property! She said the LPBW couple should choose a place that was special to both of them and leave the farm out of the equation as it has caused tensions in the family.
Do you think Matt and Caryn will be able to come up with a wedding plan where both of them are happy? What do you think about the show’s future?
