General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s Revenge on Carly – Advises Willow To Keep Kids Away From Corinthos Family?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that while the rivalry between Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has cooled off, it’s about to heat up, 10-fold.
During the Monday, January 6 episode, Carly ranted to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about how Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) has gone off the rails.
After all, taking Wiley Corinthos (Vern Weaver) to Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) swearing-in ceremony in DC was completely inappropriate considering the circumstances.
As much as Jason advised Carly to stay out of it, fans know she won’t.
Add in the fact that Micheal is about to exit the canvas by either going to a facility to treat his burn injuries or end up presumed dead, and Carly is about to have a massive emotional breakdown.
When she gets this way, fans can anticipate that she’ll lash out at those who rub her the wrong way.
Carly warned Michael about allowing Willow to move the kids out of the gatehouse just before Christmas when Willow’s affair was revealed.
GH viewers know she’ll get even more momma bear-ish once she realizes that Michael is no longer in the picture and Willow will get full reign over both Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
This may be enhanced if Willow continues to flaunt her affair with Drew, especially in the wake of Micheal’s accident.
Still, if Carly pushes Willow’s buttons, could she decide to block her access from the kids?
There was once a time when Nina was in a similar situation, desperate to spend time with Wiley, but Willow and Michael blocked the idea – and Carly was all for it. How will Carly feel now that she’s in Nina’s position?
Nina may encourage Willow to keep Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) away from Wiley and Amelia for safety reasons.
After all, Michael wouldn’t be in this mess if he hadn’t visited his dad, and it’s clear the explosion was meant for the mob boss, not his son.
While Nina still cares for Sonny, keeping him away from their grandchildren is a small price to pay to ensure Carly isn’t given access to Wiley and Amelia, not only for their “safety” but also for a little payback.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny’s penthouse explosion and Michael’s injuries will continue to rock Port Charles in the days and weeks ahead.
But could it also prompt Willow to take extreme measures to protect Wiley and Amelia? Could this prompt Carly to launch a custody suit of her own?
