General Hospital Monday, December 23 Recap: Charlotte Reveals Location to Lulu, Emma Drags Gio Into a Crime

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, December 23, reveals that Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) ran into Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) on his way to GH, so the encounter gave him a chance to hand over a gift. It was a no-slip towel that poked fun at their recent steam room fiasco, so Isaiah flirted with Jordan before dashing off.

Later, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) surprised Jordan by showing up in Rice Plaza and admitting Isaiah insisted on covering his shift tonight.

Nearby, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was thrilled to reconnect with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) during the holidays, but she knew this was a rough time Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Although Laura invited Dante to her Christmas gathering, he couldn’t make any positive predictions about the holiday since nothing would really lift his spirits this year.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) could also see that Dante was putting on a brave face for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) sake, so she talked to Lucky about that.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) knew Lulu was fired up to find Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), but she reminded Lulu that Rocco had been waiting four years to spend Christmas with her.

That led to Lulu showing up in Rice Plaza, where she spent some time with Rocco and Dante.

Rocco eventually got a surprise text from Charlotte, so he texted back a picture of Dante and Lulu talking.

That led to Charlotte calling Rocco’s phone, so he answered it and handed the call off to Lulu in a private moment.

Once Lulu realized Charlotte was on the other end of the line, she was emotional over finally hearing her daughter’s voice.

Lulu wanted to know where Charlotte was so she could go get her, but Charlotte insisted she wasn’t supposed to be in contact at all.

However, Lulu promised Charlotte this would stay between them, so she convinced her to share her location.

Rocco got updates once the call wrapped up, but Lulu insisted she had to go alone and swore her son to secrecy.

At one point, a recast Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) ran up to Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and shoved a wallet in his hand.

Gio didn’t get her name, but he quickly realized this mystery girl stole the wallet of a man who was complaining to the cops about a pickpocket.

After Gio held onto the wallet for a bit, Emma explained that the man only paid for one handmade ornament and took a bunch.

This was just about doing a good deed since the ornament seller deserved to get what they were owed.

Emma took money out for the payment before pretending she found the wallet and giving it to the cops.

Although Gio was intrigued by Emma, she disappeared on him in the end.

Soon after, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) opened the door to Emma since she was the big surprise Anna had been talking about.

Emma shared plenty of hugs with all her loved ones at Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) place.

At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had his guard up over Jack Brennan’s (Charles Mesure) presence and wondered if Carly was sure about including him.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) wasn’t happy to see Brennan either and voiced his lack of trust to Carly.

Although Carly loved Jason, she insisted he wasn’t the boss of her!

Jason later went outside on the terrace with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), who was struggling due to some snow-related Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) memories.

After Jason insisted Sam was still with them, Danny looked up at the brightest star and imagined it was his mom.

Both Jason and Danny wished Sam a merry Christmas as they shared a sweet moment.

Over with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she vented to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about her Lulu issues.

Although Chase confessed to having a crush on Lulu when he first came to town, he only had eyes for Brook Lynn now.

Next, Gio returned home and played his violin while Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) played the guitar.

Ned and Chase led a holiday song at the Quartermaine mansion, so there was plenty of Christmas joy in the air.

At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) place, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) helped her decorate for the holidays.

Although Ric held up some mistletoe, Alexis tossed it aside and refused to kiss him.

When Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) arrived and saw that her parents had worked together to give her some Christmas cheer, she was touched.

General Hospital spoilers say Molly will continue putting one foot in front of the other, so stay tuned for more news on her future.
