General Hospital Sneak Peek: Carly Shuts Down Sonny, Shows Ex Who’s Boss Over Brennan

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that a sneak peek video has been released for the episode airing Monday, December 23. That’s when things will pick back up at Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, where she’s just brought Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) home to celebrate the holidays.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) kicked off a stare-down with Brennan for Friday’s cliffhanger and certainly didn’t seem eager to shake his hand!

Once Monday’s episode resumes the action, Sonny will continue to have an issue with Brennan joining the get-together.

After Sonny notes that Carly didn’t tell them Brennan was coming, Brennan will admit she took pity on him with this invitation.

Carly asked Brennan to come over and enjoy Christmas with her family, but he’ll be willing to leave if his intrusion is going to cause drama.

However, Carly will pipe up to say that Brennan isn’t intruding since they have plenty of food and no one should be alone on Christmas.

This will be a good deed as far as Carly’s concerned, but she’ll also just genuinely like having Brennan around.

Once Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) offers to take Brennan’s coat, Brennan will joke with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) about the dress code since they currently have stickers all over their faces.

Josslyn will deliver the news that there are two very excited little girls with lots of stickers upstairs waiting for Brennan.

Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) would no doubt love to give Brennan a little makeover of his own.

Nearby, Sonny will ask Carly if she’s sure about this, so Carly will look irritated over his treatment of their surprise guest and all the questions.

Carly will feel like she knows what she’s doing here, so she’ll give Sonny a dirty look and make it clear that she’s the boss of this holiday party!

Our GH predictions point to Carly shutting down any other conflict that threatens to erupt since it’s her house and she gets to decide who’s part of the Christmas festivities.
