General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 15, 2024, reveal that a new preview video clip has been released. It features John Cates (Adam Harrington) telling Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about the attack. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) asks Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to press charges. Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) rants to Ava Jerome (Maura West) about all the people he’s done with, including his own family.
John Cates’ Attack
GH spoilers for the week of April 15 reveal that the preview video begins with John and Anna. As Anna is stilling in her commissioner’s office at the Port Charles Police Department, John stomps in.
Anna is horrified to see the injuries on John’s face. Of course, Anna wants to know what happened to John. That is when John tells Anna that he was jumped by two men near Sonny’s Corinthos Coffee warehouse.
GH Spoilers: Blame Game
In the weekly GH preview, John suggests to Anna that Sonny was responsible for the attack.
While it does seem that way, we have a feeling that Sonny had nothing to do with this. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise us if John planned his own attack it that way!
John has already shown himself to be desperate and devious to accomplish his goals.
Laura Collins’ Proposition
General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 15 reveal that Laura and Cyrus will have a serious discussion. Laura asks Cyrus if he is willing to press charges.
Clearly, this is stemming from Sonny’s order for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to kill Cyrus in his hospital bed. Dex failed in his lethal plan but what will Cyrus say to Laura?

During the week of April 15, fans can also expect Sonny’s paranoia and outbursts to intensify. Sonny is ranting to a rattled and cautious Ava.
Sonny starts listing all the people he doesn’t trust, including family members.
Some of these names include Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Dex, and Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros).
With Sonny’s bipolar medication being replaced with placebos, the mob boss’ rage and unpredictable behavior will continue.
Just how bad will this get and if Sonny trusts no one but Ava, then who will save him before it’s too late?
Ava has her own mission and objectives in mind.
Ava also took some of Sonny’s nighttime meds, which had zero effect on her and so she suspects something is wrong with Sonny’s meds – but will she tell the mob boss?
Dex in the Scope
We see Dex in a police flak jacket as if prepared for a raid but he looks to be a target – is he in danger or just training to be a member of the PCPD?
