General Hospital Preview: A Couple at a Crossroads, a Heart Attack for Sonny and — Gulp! — the End of Michael?!?

Check into General Hospital this week, and you just might need to be prescribed a tranquilizer. If tensions were running any higher, they’d be through the roof!
As you’ll see in the preview that ABC released on January 13, just as Trina and Kai were growing closer, they may be pulled apart. As the football star explains to Spencer’s former girlfriend, “If we win [the next game], I have to decide if I’m coming back to school.” Something tells us that whatever happens, Kai won’t be leaving PCU. But Trina sure looks worried that he might.
Next, we’ve got Sonny clutching his chest in pain — and not because he’s realizing his cellphone isn’t in his jacket pocket, either. Isaiah warned the don that he couldn’t just ignore his heart condition. He’s already endured one instance of AFib; is he headed for a full-blown heart attack? It’ll be pretty tricky for him to find out who blew up his penthouse, and Michael with it, if he’s in the ICU… or worse! (Check out this gallery to review all the suspects in the bombing.)
Speaking of Michael, as mom Carly rails about being kept away from her son, Drew demands that the kids be returned to Willow. But more chillingly, a nurse urgently calls Isaiah and Lucas to Michael’s room… just as we get a shot of his IV bag. Has Cyrus struck again? (Read why Chad Duell is leaving here.)
