The Young and the Restless Preview: Week of April 15 – Claire Blamed for Kidnapping Harrison – Kyle & Summer Spin Out
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of April 15-19 reveals that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will do a good deed by returning Harrison Abbott’s (Redding Munsell) lucky charm to the Abbott mansion.
After Claire explains that Harrison left it at the Newman party, she’ll give it to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and earn his gratitude.
Claire will eventually decide it’s getting late and prepare to leave, but Kyle will urge her to stay.
It may be Kyle’s idea for Claire to read Harrison a bedtime story since they’re such big buddies now.
Unfortunately, the plan will go awry thanks to Jordan (Colleen Zenk), who’ll shed the disguise she’s been using lately and opt for an all-black ensemble.
That’ll help Jordan as she moves forward with her kidnapping plot under cover of night.
Jordan will manage to slip into the Abbott house undetected and will sneak up behind Claire in Harrison’s bedroom.
It appears Jordan will have a rag that she intends on chloroforming Claire with, so she may knock her out and somehow drag her out of the house along with Harrison.
Then again, Harrison might warn Claire in time for her to turn around. Maybe Claire could bargain with her great-aunt and insist Jordan should take them both as hostages.
That may be the only way Claire can keep Harrison out of harm’s way during the abduction drama that’s brewing. Sadly, it’ll look like Claire snatched Harrison when Kyle later finds his son’s bedroom empty.
By the time Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) come home, Kyle will be spinning out over the news and blaming himself for letting this happen.
“Damn it! Why did I trust her with him?!” Kyle exclaims angrily in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
Of course, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will get updates on Claire and Harrison going missing, so she’ll assume Claire is the kidnapper, too.
As Summer desperately searches for Harrison, she’ll head to the tack house and quiz Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) about whether Claire brought him there.
Victoria won’t understand, so Summer will explain the situation – at least based on her assumption about Claire being the guilty party.
Victoria may immediately defend Claire and suggest Jordan as a double kidnapping culprit instead.
Our predictions point to Claire playing the hero for Harrison soon enough, so don’t miss all the twists and turns of this storyline.
