Michael On The Run After Biggest TLC Scam: 7 Years of Catfishing Angela | Cartel EXPOSED
Michael Ilesanmi is watching his supporters turn on him after Angela Deem found proof he was scamming her in the latest Happily Ever After season 8 episode.
Angela went through Michael’s phone to find he was hiding a large sum of money from her by depositing it in a “piggy bank.” Upon further investigation, Angela discovered Michael was an admin for a group called “Paradise Men” on WhatsApp. A fan reached out to Michael on Instagram after the episode and commented, “I was rooting for you, but after tonight’s episode, I do believe you scammed Angela.”
Is 90 Day Fiancé’s Michael Ilesanmi A Scammer?
Or Is Angela Having A Big Misunderstanding?
Angela figured out that Michael was managing a group of men who were looking to scam older white women so they could be in a “men’s paradise for visas.” Angela wondered if Michael knew when his visa was coming so he could go to the U.S. without her. He tried to explain to her that the group was for men to simply share information about the visa process with one another. However, Angela dug deeper and discovered a different chat that had over 100 people in it. She accused Michael of being involved in a money ring.
Angela thought Michael was charging the other men in the group. She saw someone asking about life insurance in another chat. Angela stumbled upon texts where Michael shared her tax returns with someone else. She decided to get an unbiased third party to look into the messages. However, the preview for the next episode shows Michael snatching the phone from Angela after she tells him she’s spoken to her immigration lawyer and will be reporting him to the federal government. Still, Michael did come to America after these scenes were filmed. They were together until February 2024.
