The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sally Demands Phyllis Fired or Else – Harsh Ultimatum for Billy?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may demand Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) be fired or else. Could a harsh ultimatum be coming up for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)?
Y&R fans know Phyllis has already been trying to make waves in Billy and Sally’s romance. Sally didn’t look happy about all Phyllis’ phone calls and messages during their Paris getaway.
However, Sally doesn’t appear to be feeling too threatened at this point. Phyllis’ behavior is definitely annoying, but Sally doesn’t seem to view her as more than a pest just yet.
That could change in the coming episodes, especially since Phyllis just had a dream about pursuing Billy romantically.
Phyllis woke up wondering where that came from, but she may come to realize she wants Billy back deep down.
Whatever the case, Phyllis will find ways to reconnect with Billy during the week of February 17-21.
Sally will witness some moments where the exes are bonding, so she’s not going to approve!
That’s when it could hit Sally that Phyllis may be a bigger problem than she thought. If this keeps up, Sally’s fury toward Phyllis could grow and leave her feeling insecure.
Of course, we can’t ignore the fact that Sally’s still scarred by the trauma of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) cheating on her with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Adam repeatedly tried to convince Sally that nothing was going on with his former flame, but now he wants to truly reunite with Chelsea and build a future together.
It’s easy to see why Sally would worry about Billy and Phyllis’ growing bond since they’re also exes, particularly now that they’re going to be working as a team at Abbott Communications.
Phyllis will do her best to pull Billy closer – partly because she doesn’t think Sally is a good match for him and partly because she wants Billy for herself.
As Phyllis and Sally’s rivalry heats up, Sally could eventually deliver a stern ultimatum to Billy.
Under the circumstances, Sally might admit she just can’t handle Phyllis’ attempt to undermine their relationship.
Perhaps Sally will order Billy to fire Phyllis or risk losing his girlfriend. Sally might threaten to walk away from their romance entirely if Billy can’t go along with her wishes on this.
