The week of February 10-14 will bring an encounter between Summer and Sharon – one that quickly takes a frosty turn.
Sharon might take this opportunity to apologize for her part in what Summer’s family went through and hope Summer can somehow forgive her.
Y&R fans know Sharon already extended an apology to Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) as well as Phyllis.
Of course, Phyllis warned that she’d never, ever forgive Sharon for framing Daniel and all the emotional turmoil she caused.
Summer may feel exactly the same once she crosses paths with Sharon and learns she’s trying to make amends.
The fact that Sharon disposed of Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) body and set Daniel up to get arrested will remain sore spots for Summer.
As a result, Summer’s going to rebuff Sharon’s apology attempt and offer up an icy response.
It sounds like Summer will be in a hurry to get away from Sharon and will make it known that she doesn’t give her a pass for what happened.
Sharon wasn’t the culprit who took Heather out, but Summer may still blame her on some level since this mess started because Ian Ward (Ray Wise) was targeting her.
Despite Sharon’s best efforts to make up for her role in the suffering of Daniel and his loved ones, she’s clearly not going to make any real progress with Summer.
It should be a “like mother, like daughter” situation since Summer may feel the same way as Phyllis when it comes to never getting over Sharon’s mess!
