The Bold and the Beautiful Monday, February 24 Recap: Finn’s Tearful Luna Paternity Confession Changes Everything
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Monday, February 24, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) tearful paternity confession changed everything as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was left in horror. Let’s talk about all the shockers that played out in Monday’s B&B episode.
At Il Giardino, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) let Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) serve her multiple glasses of wine despite the fact that she didn’t normally drink.
Sheila assumed Poppy was drowning her sorrows because of Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).
Although Sheila couldn’t forget Luna’s crimes – especially since she went after Finn’s wife – she understood the bond Poppy felt with her child.
Sheila had a similar bond with Finn and missed him.
Poppy got uncomfortable talking to Sheila about Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) adopted son, but Sheila defended her own special connection to Finn.
When Sheila said Poppy would never know Finn as intimately as her, Poppy got jumpy and spilled her drink.
Nearby, Daphne Rose (Murielle Rose) joined Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) since he wanted to meet.
After Daphne mentioned spotting Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) at Forrester Creations, she played up how she could see Carter felt like a traitor.
Daphne could also see that Carter was better than this, so she touched his hand tenderly and continued trying to get through to him.
At Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) place, Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) looked online and realized there was no news about Luna’s release from prison.
Luna confirmed she was indeed the criminal Remy thought she was, but she explained that Bill arranged for her house arrest – or in this case, mansion arrest.
Luna also showed Remy her ankle monitor and explained that Bill was just a friend who understood her more than anyone else.
Remy pointed out Luna was taking a risk by telling him all this, but she suggested she’d have to kill him if he spilled the beans.
However, Luna smiled and quickly indicated that she was just kidding.
The vibe between the pair remained light and almost flirty – like Remy and Luna were quite intrigued by each other.
This could be the start of Luna and Remy’s troublemaking alliance, so we’ll pass along more predictions as this storyline moves along.
At the cliff house on Monday’s show, Finn admitted there were indeed lasting effects from his night with Poppy since she got pregnant – though she claimed the baby wasn’t his.
Once Finn clarified that Poppy went through with the pregnancy, Steffy guessed the baby was given up for adoption.
Since Steffy believed the child belonged to someone else, she didn’t see what this had to do with Finn or their relationship.
Thanks to Finn’s tearful expression, Steffy realized Poppy lied and that the baby really did belong to him.
Steffy assumed Finn had a child out there who might want to know him, so he said “she” most likely did.
After Steffy learned Finn had a daughter, he explained that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was suspicious about Jack Finnegan (Ted King) being Luna’s father and ran a paternity test.
Once Finn confirmed that neither Jack nor Tom Starr (Clint Howard) was Luna’s bio dad, he confessed that he was Luna’s father instead.
Steffy started yelling “no” repeatedly and was visibly disturbed over Finn’s admission.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn and Steffy will have plenty more issues to work through, so stay tuned for updates on all the chaos to come.
